After over two years of amenorrhea it left me with a very short LP. Vitex has taken it from 4/5 days to 8 but it's also pushed back my O date from CD 22 to CD 28. I'm on CD 1 of my third vitex cycle.
Anyone have similar experiences/thoughts?
