Gamer husband/boyfriend advice? (Kinda long sorry)

So my husband is a gamer right now he's stuck on final fantasy X and X-2 remaster for PS4 he comes home at 4-5 pm and will take over the tv and be on until 3-4 am. He says he deserves time to relax after work. He does help with cooking dinner and he will change our sons diaper when I'm putting him to bed, but other then that he is dead to the world. I waste the hours on here going through posts. I want to spend time with him not just next to him. Does anyone else have a similar issue or had a similar issue? What do I do? When I ask him to get off he buffs and says "ya k fine I'll turn it off" and gets grumpy and then just watched svu or csi. I feel so alone sometimes but I want him to be able to relax after work. I just don't know what to do.
