Tidy home..?

Question

Is it fair that while I'm at work my unemployed partner either stays at home, playing games, or goes to a friends house or goes downtown.. Instead of cleaning or doing something around the house. 
I always come home to a messy house.. And he thinks that we always need to clean it together.. I think he should help out more considering I bring majority of the money in. 
Is it fair or not?

My partner works full time and I only work partime and we both think it's fair we shair the workload around the house because it is both of our mess and it is our house

I think he shouldn't have to do everything, but if he doesn't work then he should definitely doing a good portion of it.

It depends, currently I'm at uni and my boyfriend works full time. I hate that just because I have more free time at home I'm supposed to do all the housework. 50% of the mess is his clothing or his Xbox games so I refuse to move them sometimes if it's beyond a joke. He's very lazy and it does annoy me when he just drops his clothes on the bedroom floor because he knows I'll cave and move them when he's out tomorrow
