Molluscum?

So my older sister who is 28 has Molluscum. She’s flying out in a few weeks when I have my baby to meet her. Can she give my baby Molluscum by holding her? I have no idea how it all works so any insight is great thanks!

From my understanding they can get it from skin to skin contact. However if the actual rash is covered then it’s fine. My daughter has a classmate who has it currently. The parents/teachers have to keep it covered at all times.

I believe she can. The only reason I even know what it is is because my toddler was misdiagnosed with it. It turned out it was folliculitis, but I digress. I would talk to your doctor about this as it sometimes takes over a year to go away.
