Getting pregnant

I am so frustrated we have been trying for close to a year and every month I get my period it just breaks my heart. I am not sure if my mind is playing tricks on me but I have pregnancy symptoms a week before my period starts almost every month and when my period comes it feels like I am losing another baby. I am not taking anything away from women that have miscarried. I can only imagine how that feels and the sadness you feel. I just feel like such a failure. Not sure if I am the only one that feels this way
