IS MY PARTNER ABLE TO HAVE BABIES 😩😫

Me and my partner have sex regularly and he has ALWAYS came in me.. But I've taken multiple pregnancy tests, and I am not pregnant.. I've missed my period and am 22 days late!! I also have just had a baby in May, (which isn't his baby) so shouldn't I be very fertile?? Any suggestions :( I want another baby.. But I'm starting to think he isn't fertile :( what do I do :(
