Is stomach pains normal?

Hi I got a positive FR and clear blue digital on Fridays 10 do. Is it normal to have dull achy pains in lower back and stomach I keep thinking I'm going to come on and its stressign me out.

totally normal, i had cramps for several weeks after getting a BFP with my son, he's now 6 weeks old! its just baby growing against your uterus, they grow rather rapidly despite how small they are so youre feeling the implantation. if its accompanied by bright red bleeding though id get to the dr asap, otherwise totally normal. congratulations mama!!

Seems to be all day on and off. Like pulsing in back then goes to front x

Mild cramping can be normal. I wouldn’t be concerned unless the cramping becomes very painful and/or is accompanied by blood.
