For those who have Braxton hicks…. what exactly do they feel like and and how often do you have them?!?

I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant... This is my 3rd pregnancy but the first time i ever felt these little waves of lower stomach cramps that feel similar to period cramps

but honestly a lot less painful than my worst period cramps (that I would get for like the first 2 days of my period)... so its noticeable

but not horrible…. but I can also say I get them several times throughout the day.. I'm wondering if this is normal because it definitely never happened with my other 2

pregnancies. I have been having them and everything has been going good with my pregnancy but overall I’m wondering if this is Braxton hicks because I always hear about it but never really knew how they felt….
