Week 1 weigh in
Week 1 weigh in = up 0.6 pounds I'm ok with the that it could of been way worse I ate like complete crap this week. Just accepting it and moving on to next week taking this day by day. New eating plan starts today. I can do this just got to keep my motivation and even though I hate it discipline myself. Also has been a year since I quit smoking cigarettes so proud of myself.
