TTC & 3 DPO

Hi all! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 months now. We found out we were pregnant in August of 2020 with twins and lost them in September. We weren’t even engaged at that point so we weren’t trying to get pregnant! Now that we are trying I’m wondering how long should we try until we see any doctors? When we went trough our miscarriage 2 years ago a doctor had looked at my tubes and such and said everything looked beautiful and we had so genetic testing done and were told we had no reason not to expect a happy healthy baby in the future! So I just don’t get why it hasn’t happened yet…Help!!!
