I’m exhausted

I’ve been spotting for 5 days now. Pink brown and watery. I’ve had cramps the first two days of spotting and cramps this morning. My periods only last 4 days. I keep getting negative test results. Has anyone experienced something crazy like this and got a BFP? Im so tired is spotting.
