My doctor advised me to test twice a day. I work 8-5 so I usually test around 730-8am with second morning urine and again when I get home between 5-6pm, and sometimes again at 7-8pm if I thought I was too hydrated. Could testing with second morning urine cause me to get false positive OPK tests? I have gotten some positive tests a couple days apart with the morning test and the evening tests are always just negative. The apps say I already ovulated based on the positive tests, but I don't feel as though I have yet.
