Besides opk l, apps & supplements is there anything else I should be using?

I know alot say bbt but I'm not sure how good I'd be at doing that. I don't know much about it but I'm a poor sleeper and know its to be done in mornings and you need to have a certain amount of sleep. Correct me if I'm wrong? . I'm just not sure I want to do that but I'd love some tips or ideas if anyone else has any? I also take vitamins and cq10 which was recommended on this app but still no luck with all the above. Thanks
