Not sure what to do anymore 😭

I’ve had preterm contractions for 7 weeks. Slowly they’ve gotten more frequent and painful but very very slowly changing my cervix. At 27 weeks the contractions started and have been going CONTINUOUSLY and now I’m 34 weeks. I was hospitalized for a week at 30 weeks so baby could get her shots for her lungs and magnesium for her brain. I’m on the max dose of procardia to stop contractions and my doctors are saying there’s nothing else to do that my body isn’t going to stop contracting. I had a cervix check on Monday morning (2cm) and since then it’s been even worse. I had a bunch of very thick mucus and blood come out but after 24hr it stopped but the contractions are just getting worse. All week I can barely eat or drink because of the pain and absolutely nothing is helping me. I don’t want to go to our OB ER because I’ve been 6 times for these contractions and they tell me each time that there’s nothing they can do and to go home. Just needed to rant a little I guess.
