Passing out

Has anyone had problems with almost passing out during pregnancy?

Im 15 weeks & 5 days. I was at work for 45 mins & all of a sudden I got super hot & clammy, eyes had black dots in them & face went pale. So I sat down for about 20 mins & drank a couple bottles of ice cold water.
