Working Nightshift, OPK’s and BBT!
Hi! I am a nightshift nurse working 7P-7A shifts 3-4 days a week. My husband also works nightshift. We have been TTC for 3 months now and it has been tricky!
When is a good time to test with OPK’s and take your BBT? Most kits tell you to test in the morning when you first wake up and when your urine is the most concentrated. Same goes with BBT, they say it’s most accurate in the morning when you first wake up. For me, that would be around 4-5P.
