Strong heart rate not a lot of growth cramping and back ache

Looking to see if anyone else has had experience with this. I went to my doctor today expecting the worst because I've had heavy cramping, weight loss 7 lbs in 1 week. I'm having extreme nausea that had not been taking place this pregnancy and was so uncomfortable last night that I couldn't sleep. I had a US 1 week ago and measuring perfectly 8w2d hr 168 today I'm only measuring 8w5d hr 179. I go back in 1w for a rescan. Just interested in other experience, yes I've spoken to my doctor and take all necessary steps this is for additional information. Thank you in advance for sharing your experience with me.
