Do baby movements also depend on our activness throughout the day?

My baby girl usually is very active day and night roughlty throughout weekend she seemes to be calmer, now i am 28 weeks and for the last 2/3 days she still kicks 10 times but some movements feel different and more delicate also havent felt her much at nights as usual.
At round 26 weeks i go scared and went to emergency where they told me my baby girl is all well! 
However, now although i am trying not to panic i am afraid as i am a paranoid freak…i still feel her movements but she seems bit less active has anyone else had this?

I’ve heard the kicking calms down as they get bigger and have less room in the womb? I’m not sure when that happens though. It makes sense that as she’s getting more snug she will have less room to karate kick you ☺️.
Also I bet the busier/more active you are during the day you might think she’s less active because you’re not paying as much attention to the kicks?

My midwife advised that latest research says kick counts aren’t as important as movement patterns. Eg. Bub will move around 11pm until 1am then move again at 6am to 8am. 
Bub can still rotate, point different ways etc. all can effect how movements feel.
If there’s a sharp difference in the pattern it can indicate an issue.
Simply, do your kick counts but also focus on what times of days. If movements are softer that’s fine as long as they’re regularly moving.
