Can’t decide?

My daughters name is Mila Monroe. And I’m having a hard time deciding which i like better   I love Celina but wanted to stay with an M but Malina/Melina isn’t sticking yet

I think Mila and Melina/Malina are too similar for siblings. That sounds like it would be confusing.

Hey, my parents did the same first initials and obvs last name. So whenever we used to get mail confidential or not, sometimes we’d accidentally see eachothers things if it just came with our first initials and then the last name. Just something to think about🤷🏽‍♀️I was going to do the same with my children and I’m a little unsure now because I remember the fights me and my siblings could get in about opening eachothers mail by accident… sometimes when there’s 4 x “Miss/Mr A.Smith” in the house it becomes annoying to say the least😂

So I don’t want to ruin anything for you because Melina is such a nice name. But when I considered it, I ended up writing it off because in the medical world “melena” is kind of a gross term. That said, most ppl likely don’t know that and it IS a name. But it’s something to consider!

Melina is the nickname for Carmela in Italian. However, what about Gina, Tina, Serena, Lorena?
