Low HCG at 6 weeks

Is there anyone who has had a successful pregnancy with results similar to mine?? Needing some hope.

April 6 (14 DPO) HCG 11.8 progesterone 11

April 12 (20 DPO) HCG 106 progesterone 20

April 19 (27 DPO) HCG 264 progesterone 12

Still have normal pregnancy symptoms like sore breasts very heightened sense of smell and headaches. But also have had very light brown spotting for 3 days now Only when I wipe. Also first response tests are very strong (photo)

What do you guys think??
