Cyst??

Question

Has anyone ever had a cyst or something that looks like a cyst a little lower than your clit? I just discovered a bump down there it's like the size of a sixlet  candy... It doesn't hurt. I made an apt with my gyno but they can't see me until next Friday. I'm really freaking out at what this could be I've never had anything like this .

It’s called a Bartholin’s cyst, they can appear anywhere on your labia minora. Neosporin with pain relief if it’s painful, you can either just give it some time for it to come to head, or apply a warm moist compress see if it will come to head on its own, but basically you pop it, and make sure you drain it completely, wear a pad, and reapply the Neosporin each time he use the bathroom. Should heal within a week or so. If you don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself, then by all means visit a doctor.

I've had one there and it did hurt. Most you can do is just wait for the appt, it wasn't removed or anything just got smaller in time so positive vibes!
