So I’m 3 weeks pp. Currently on a bunch of meds. Augmentin, stool softener, iron (2x a day), baby aspirin, Claritin and a prenatal. I’ve had multiple instances of bleeding during a stool. Chalked it up to hemorrhoids. Welp today, I passed a constipated stool (it f’kin hurt!) and the stool was black? And there was also a crap ton of red blood (assuming hemorrhoid since I had to push so damn hard). Should I be concerned about the black stool? I do have stomach cramping sometimes but I was constipated and on antibiotics, so I’m pretty sure some cramping is normal.
