I think my kitten swallowed my ring 💍

No joke. I take my wedding and engagement rings off when I’m about to wash my hair because my hair gets caught in them it’s a pain. I laid them down next to me on my bed & not even thinking anything of it, went to shower. I came back after drying my hair & went to put them back on. Saw my wedding ring right away but not the engagement ring. Thought it might of gone under the sheet or pillow & it was gone 😟 I’ve turned the room upside down & it’s nowhere. Only the cat was home & I know he was chilling on our bed, but I didn’t even think he would mess with them much less accidentally swallow one! I’ve been looking throughout our apartment & under everything hoping maybe he was playing with it & got it out the bedroom but still no ring anywhere. I’ve been searching through his poop (I know gross 🤢) wearing gloves of course & nothing. It may be stuck in him so we gotta take him for an x-ray now. I just pray he’s ok & I find my ring. Has anyone had an experience like this before?? Thankfully my husband is understanding. I messed up 😕 Kitten is 7 months old.
