Grandparents rights in West Virginia

I will not me letting my mother see my baby when she’s born and I’m not even talking to her as of right now and I was wondering if anyone knew about the grandparents rights in my state or who I would talk to about them cause what I looked up it has to be in best interests for the child

But she’s now going on about how she can get them and get visitation and I’m super agents that (for reasons I would put in here at the end) but I feel like the more I know about it the better it would be for me to try to find a way to shut it down

Here’s a shortened way to explain all of why I’m against it

My mother dose hard drugs meth and such she says she’s been clean but you can tell that’s a lie

She’s aggressive growing up with her till me and my brothers where took away there was a lot of physical harm to me and my brothers

Mentally abusive she had me as her therapist from the time I was like 8 till I decided I was sick on the shit all problems big and small just so you know the intensity of it one of those times was her telling me about how me telling her about me being raped caused her to get on meth really bad

She dosnt really understand reality the doctors will tell you she overdosed at the hospital this one time she was Narcaned and had test saying how much she had in here system before and after like so much proof and she still will fight the doctors even about it

There’s so much more I could have said on that part but I hope that kinda helps understand the situation and helps base what you tell me about that law where it needs to be and helps you understand why I don’t want her around my child
