Beverages for a nauseated mama
Any recommendations? Any drinks that you were able to tolerate or keep down?
It’s really bizarre… foods don’t make me nauseated, drinks do. Even water makes me want to vomit!!!!
So far I have tried:
-Water
-Gatorade
-Fruit juice
-Body Armor
-Tea
-Coffee
-Ginger Ale
- Carbonated drinks
Any other suggestions? I feel like I am constantly dehydrated and dying of thirst yet I gag when drinking liquids 😭
Help!!
(PS: I don’t drink milk)
