Miscarriage after bfp

So, I got my bfp after ttc for 2 months. And Sunday night, I misscarried. I'm only 26 and the ob didn't really give me a reason why I had one. My question to you all is how long does it take for you to get your period after? And how soon did you start ttc again? I was only 2 or 3 weeks. So any suggestions are welcome!
