Cramps after sex??

I had sex for the first time in 5 months and I'm still feeling really bad cramps and soreness days later! Is this normal?? I also don't masturbate but I made sure I was wet enough before penetration happened. Does anyone else experience this?

I experienced that after sex and still do. I ended up having other medical health complications but my cardiologist believes I have pelvic congestion syndrome. Worth a quick google. It’s usually associated with painful sex (during or after), terrible bloating around periods, and dull aches around vagina or lower back.
