Help bump disappeared at 20 weeks with Covid

I need help. My belly has been MASSIVE this pregnancy. I’m a tiny person but this bump has has me in pregnancy clothes a while now. The bloat went away around 12 weeks and my uterus moved up around 14 weeks, and since then my belly has turned into a watermelon!

But 20 weeks and I got Covid. Never been so sick my entire life. I literally had to be carried into the hospital making no ar se begging them to just let me die… that’s how sick it’s made me. Over the past week of having Covid my bump 100% disappeared. NOTHING. completely flat stomach where I had a whole watermelon for over a month now. Also… it’s not fat loss. I have like very little body fat and it hasn’t changed. And I’ve been pumped with iv fluids. Plus my bump has been 100% hard anyway.

What is happening??????
