2 periods in one month

Hey all I am 9 months postpartum. My period returned pretty quickly after having by my daughter. For several months, it was normal. Every 29-30 days I got my period like normal. I got covid in January. My period was late than came a week late. Then Feb, I got it a week early, then March a week and a half early and not April, I got my period 2 weeks early. This is really frustrating since we are trying for a second and my ob keeps telling me this is normal…… which is insane. Has anyone experienced this?
