tissue shedding??

this came out as i was taking my tampon out.. is it tissue that’s shedding or should i be concerned??

It’s just uterine lining, nothing to be worried about

yes tissue no reason for concern. it’s uterine lining, which is why we have periods. (the uterus sheds and we bleed to start the new menstrual cycle)
