I’m in shock

My last pregnancy took me 19 months and fertility meds to accomplish. This is an absolute shock. I wasn’t trying. I didn’t feel like I was. I just took a test on a whim. It doesn’t feel real. I feel like I’m on the outside looking in. I’m telling my boyfriend Friday night😬😬😬
