I misplaced my life of "safe medications". What is okay to take for a bad cold? I'm miserable!

Saline nasal spray and cough drops. That's what I've been using. My ob and the pharmacist both told me it was ok

Doctors said I could use Vicks vapor rub. I rubbed a tiny bit on the tip of my nose so that I was always inhaling it. I also rubbed a little on my pillow. Helped be breathe better thru the night when I was extremely stuffed up.

Try a Neti Pot! It works wonders. I continue to use it instead of cold medicine even when I'm not pregnant. Just make sure you use bottled water so that strange bacteria doesn't get in your sinuses 👍👃

If you have the drainage that you need to bring up I know just regular mucinex is fine. And I know I was allowed to take regular sudafed or Benadryl to dry up the snot. I haven't had a cough really though, so I don't remember what is safe for that honestly. (For some reason I'm thinking there was a regular robitussin cough syrup that was okay...don't hold me to that though 😂) I have also misplaced my safe list.
