Tmi, i had multiple unprotected sex during my period 2 weeks ago...8 days after that my right lower abdomen starts to cramp only for a few minutes. Today is my supposedly ovulation day no cramps i just feel off balance and irritated.

Yes. This app for me the ovulation date is 2-3 days off. I ovulated earlier than what my app said. I only figured this out by doing opks!!
