How often do you pump at night?

I’m trying to figure out how often would be best to pump at night. Lately my LO has been sleeping longer stretches, but I don’t want my supply to suffer if he isn’t eating. Any tips or recommendations are appreciated too! Thank you 😊

If you’re exclusively breastfeeding you don’t need to pump between feeds! If your babe is finally sleeping longer it’s because they’re getting adequate calories during the day 🙂 You definitely do not need to wake up to pump while baby sleeps. SLEEP!
I EBF my daughter to 14 months with zero issues, and I never once pumped for the sake of “supply”.

Been EBF my daughter for just over 6 mos now. When she started sleeping longer stretches I did not wake to pump. I would use a haakaa if I absolutely needed relief but my body adjusted pretty fast and my supply didn’t suffer. 
She sleeps from 7:30-5:30, I wake her to feed (I don’t like her going a full 12 hours without) then she goes back to sleep.

I don't pump at all. I just breastfeed so there's no need.

How old is babe? Before 12 weeks or until your milk is regulated you have to pump every 2-3h. Once your milk is regulated one pumping session per night should be ok to maintain your supply. X
