Contractions and labor??

So I’m about to be 38 weeks tomorrow and I’m 1cm dilated as of almost two weeks ago. I’ve been having contractions almost every night the last few days but last night was BAD my stomach was tightening so much and was so hard I started getting contractions at about 4pm and they lasted until 4AM they progressively got worse and went to my back and my sides I couldn’t help but cry in pain honestly it hurt so much and they started getting closer and lasting longer some were a minute long I had gotten out of the bath and felt like something was gonna gush out and when I stood up a small amount of fluid trickled out which has never happened. I finally fell asleep at 4am and woke up probably about 6am to my daughter climbing in bed with me and I was still in pain but could at least sleep through it. It’s 11am now and I’m just sore. What does this mean?? I was induced early from preeclampsia with my first daughter and didn’t have any natural labor at all so I have no idea how any of it works or signs etc. should I be expecting to go into full on labor soon? Is this normal and means nothing?
