Gifts for nanny?

My kids nanny is moving away and I’m so sad about it! She’s been so wonderful and a complete lifesaver. She really has become a friend and part of the family. I’d like to get her something as a goodbye gift but I’m not sure what or if I should just give like a cash bonus? If so I’m not sure what amount? I don’t want to be cheap or go too overboard ha sometimes i worry giving cash isn’t thoughtful enough? I was thinking of also printing a cute photo of her with my kid to frame unless that’s weird? She’s become very attached to my kiddo and they have such a sweet bond. We’re really going to miss her so I just want to show that. Thank you for any suggestions!!
