Infertility and hashimotos

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant with number 2 (our first is already 7) for over 2 years and let me tell you it's been a huge struggle. I found out a year ago I have hashimotos thyroiditis. Which mean my body creates antibodies to attack my thyroid thinking it's a danger to me. Sucks terribly because it causes infertility. We did a round of clomid and it turns out my body does not respond to that fertility medication. Which was a huge disappointment. This cycle we tried Letrozol and it created two big follicles so we did a trigger shot and BD 3 days in a row. I get to test on Wednesday and im trying so hard not to get overly excited just to maybe end up disappointed. But hey 2 follicles and a trigger shot for ovulation sounds like better odds then I've been having. Here's to praying these eggs dropped and I have 1 maybe 2 ready to grow 🤞
