Need advice 🚨

Hello everyone! So I had the Liletta IUD inserted in July of 2021, and I’ve been having issues with it ever since. I know that there are side affects to it like bloating, cramping, nausea, etc. It has also made my periods stop. But the symptoms have been so bad the last few months that I swore I was pregnant (I’m not). I check the strings monthly and I can still feel them. But in the last month or so sex has been so painful. Similar to how sex felt for me when I was 8 months pregnant lol. Has anyone else had this problem? If so did it get better over time? It’s good for 7 years, but I don’t know if I can feel like this for that long. I also don’t have health insurance so I’m just asking around before I go get it removed since it would be an out of pocket expense. Any advice is appreciated ❤️❤️
