Need to test

So, i was married and currently going through a divorce. Back in 2020, my husband convinced my best friends brother to do stuff with me, and unbeknownst to me, my soon to be ex decided that he was going to have sex with my friend (he has a vasectomy so doesnt think he needs to use a condom). After he was done having sex with my friend, he showered and cleaned himself off and then later he and i had sex the same night. Flash forward to today (May 3 2022) my friend texted me saying that he was tested positive for 2 STI’s and says that i should be tested. I ordered a test so i can just make sure, but i just want some opinions on if it is possible i might have it or if not. She had negative results before then, and i am honestly kinda nervous about it all.
