Change in PMS symptoms after 1st round Femera & IUI

Anyone notice a change in their PMS symptoms after 1st round of Femera & IUI? This is the first time that I can remember NOT having breast tenderness before my period & I’m now only 2 days out from my period. I’ve also had mild cramping almost daily since the IUI that has increased the last couple days, with a small amount of brown spotting that started 5 days ago. Which isn’t as uncommon for me, but is still a little unusual. I took a pregnancy test today & it was negative. Any one else experience similar changes?
