Mucus plug?

I’m starting to lose small pieces of my mucus plug my doctor said it was fine but I’m constantly anxious any mamas lost some of theirs at 16 weeks?

You actually can lose pieces of the mucus plug throughout pregnancy it regenerates this early in pregnancy. The only time it means anything is when you have contractions sometimes with a bloody show which usually doesn't happen until late pregnancy.
