Hello Mommys , QUICK question I'm 12 weeks and LOVE EATING SEAWEED bu it's self like its a snack but I'm not 100% sure if it's safe or not ?

Seaweed is also a good source of fiber, which can help reduce constipation and improve digestive function during pregnancy.
