Er says I might miscarry..

I went to the ER for pelvic pain and wanted to check for an ectopic pregnancy.. well I don’t have that.. but they said my gestational sac is shaped weird and usually that means miscarriage. He said it’s also kinda early too but aren’t sure yet. I am 4 weeks 4 days but I measured 5 weeks 2 days on the ultrasound. I am so heart broken and preparing for the worse… I am praying with everything in me that this was just bc it was to early… my HCG levels is 853 and on Friday it was 112.

Anyone have successful stories or went through something Iike this?
