Can you get a false positive ovulation test?

Hey everyone my periods are really irregular and been using glow for 9 months trying to make baby 3 happen :) my question is can you get a false positive result?

Truth is yes you can if you have PCOS you can have multiple positive ovulation tests I took a 30 day ovulation test  and I got five positives in one month. 😞 I'm sorry if this is not much help to you but just have sex every other day that will increase your chances.
