When did you get your period post partum?

I initially bled after giving birth for about 3 weeks. I’m now 9 weeks and have yet to have a period. I am pumping, not breast feeding. How long did it take you to get your period back?

I exclusively breastfed and got it at 6 weeks pp

I’m breastfeeding and pumping and am now almost 8 months postpartum with no period.
If you want to be prepared for it, you can track ovulation using BBT. Most people will experience a period within 12-16 days after ovulation. I track BBT using the TempDrop and identify possible fertile days by checking cervical fluid.

When I pumped it came back at 8 months PP... this time I'm not breastfeeding and it came back 2 months PP 🥲😒.. I've had 3 periods and they have been awful.. flow is normal but my core muscles and ribs hurt SO bad..
