I went for my first u/ s this past Thursday to find that I only had a gestational sac and a yolk sac...dr said either I was early or I was going to miscarry...My dr confirmed that I was having a miscarriage due to my beta levels dropping from 2300 and than 12 hours later they were 2100 or 2175 I don't really remember I was shocked 😓 this is my second miscarriage which took me 2 years to conceive from my last miscarriage...I'm so heart broken I can't stop crying  😓😪...but my question is when will I start to bleed???because I was told Friday that I was miscarrying but still no bleeding...I do have cramps on and off but that's it...it's crazy because I still feel some hope that I am pregnant 🙏🏼😓😕 My last miscarriage happened the same day that I was told that I was going to miscarry!!
