Confused

I’m so confused. I’m about to get a test from the hospital but until I can I’m just hoping maybe someone else experienced this. So in march I had my period from the 12th-17th. On April 6th I got a very faint positive and kept testing positive but they were always faint. Started bleeding on the 12th of April. I just assumed it was another chemical pregnancy. It was like normal period bleeding, maybe a little heavier. I haven’t felt right since. (For reference I have 2 children already) I’ve had morning sickness, heartburn and have to pee all the time. I took a test and got a 100% clear positive. I literally don’t understand. If it’s a new pregnancy its should be waaaay too early for me to be able to tell. If it’s the original pregnancy then why did I bleed like that?? I’m so scared something is seriously wrong. If this isn’t the right group for this please let me know.
