Sore boobies

So the pharmacy gave me a different pill pack this time after a year of being on tri-Linya and I’m on the second pill of the third row, And I have SUPER sore boobs, like a bra hurts, and even moving my arms can make them hurt.. does this sound normal? I also have crohns and noticed I’m gaining weight, I feel it’s unrelated as i noticed it by the end of the first row but I don’t know. Any input? Sore boobs is how my mom found out she was pregnant with me on the pill and now My mind is racing 🥲
