IUGR symptoms

Good morning ladies so I turned 34 weeks today and I was doing some research on how and why baby stops growing in the womb and how we would know and what causes this & of course iugr came up and one of the ways to be diagnosed with it is by having anemia as well. I am anemic and is currently on iron for it and when I went for my growth scan baby was measuring a few days behind. I go to my 34 week Apt on Monday . Idk if that’s something I should be concerned about as far as thinking my baby is iugr.
