Making up contractions ?

I laid in bed for an hour this morning and timed consistent contractions. As soon as I finally woke my husband up and got in the shower they stopped. Now I’m just so disappointed and confused. Did I make them up? Or did they just stop because I got up? This is my third but I was induced last time so I don’t really remember

With my first son, I had real contractions for 2 hours then they stopped. The next night I went into labor. They could be real,  definitely keep tracking them if they start up again.

No, it was likely real. They can stop again for many reasons.

Could be some start/stop early labor. It's also normal for Braxton Hicks to totally stop once you change positions
